We are currently a small local business selling fence lumber materials. We have 1 warehouse location at 6919 Alder dr. We initially started as a fence building business but soon realized how much we were overpaying for material. So we started manufacturing it ourselves.

So how are we able to sell so cheap?

We buy our material from the same supplier as Home Depot or Lowe’s. We buy straight to our warehouse, meaning that we are able to save on delivery fees. Then we also pressure treat the material in house, which means we are able to save more money there too since we don’t have to pay someone else to do it for us. In the end, the cost of manufacturing and pressure treating the lumber comes out below major retailers and we are able to use better chemicals in the wood to preserve it for longer.

So overall, we are able to produce better, more rot and decay resistant, lumber material due to selling direct to consumer and pressure treating it our selves.
