We sell fence materials, lumber, and related products. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy:

• product images may differ slightly from actual items
• lumber is a natural product and may vary in appearance
• inventory levels may change
• pricing may update based on market conditions

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect information.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

• all information you provide is accurate
• you are authorized to use the payment method
• orders are not final until confirmed

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping and delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate delivery information
• ensuring someone is available to receive materials
• inspecting materials upon delivery

Once materials are delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to you.

If you need to return or exchange delivered materials, you must either:

• pay the delivery fee again, or
• bring the materials back to our warehouse at 6919 Alder Dr, Houston, TX

5. Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• items must be unused
• items must be in the same condition as received
• items must not be moldy
• items must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• lumber with mold
• items not in original condition
• items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

1. Check your bank account

3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular‑priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, except for bulk deals.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. “Not straight” lumber does not qualify for an exchange. We reserve the right to deny exchanges.

Shipping Returns

If your order was delivered and you want to return or exchange it, you must either:

• pay the delivery fee again, or
• bring the materials to our warehouse

We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges.

6. Warranties & Liability

All products are sold as‑is unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee:

• suitability for a specific project
• installation results
• long‑term performance of materials

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• installation errors
• misuse of materials
• indirect or consequential damages
• delays in delivery

Your sole remedy for defective products is limited to replacement or refund, at our discretion.

If you create an account:

• you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality
• you must notify us of unauthorized access
• we may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion
