Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">You are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">providing accurate delivery information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">ensuring someone is available to receive materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">inspecting materials upon delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Once materials are delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">If you need to return or exchange delivered materials, you must either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">pay the delivery fee again, <strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">bring the materials back to our warehouse at 6919 Alder Dr, Houston, TX<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Returns &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Our refund and returns policy lasts <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">items must be <strong>unused<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">items must be in the <strong>same condition<\/strong> as received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">items must not be <strong>moldy<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">items must include a receipt or proof of purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Partial refunds may be granted for:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">lumber with mold<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">items not in original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">items damaged or missing parts not due to our error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">items returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refund Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
